This registered address is not a retail store, warehouse or return address.
Outerwearly is an online retailer of clothing and footwear for women and men, including coats, jackets, parkas, knitwear and boots. We currently accept delivery orders for the United States.

2. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the necessary permission. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with security or infringement of another person's rights.

3. Product information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, size information, prices and images. Screen settings can affect displayed colors. Editorial lifestyle images may illustrate styling; the product listing identifies the item included in your purchase. Any material correction affecting your order will be communicated to you.
We do not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

4. Prices, currency and taxes
The currency and final amount for your order are displayed at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases. Applicable taxes, duties or other amounts collected by us are shown before you submit payment. Standard U.S. shipping is free.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction fees.

5. Orders and payment
Check your order before submitting it. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance of an order that cannot be fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock, payment, fraud or material listing error and will notify you and refund amounts collected for cancelled items. We will not impose a higher corrected price without your agreement.
Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are available for your transaction.

6. Shipping
Processing is estimated at 1–3 business days and transit at 8–12 business days, giving an estimated total of 9–15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day voluntary return period, eligibility, return instructions, customer-paid voluntary return postage and the 15% voluntary-return restocking fee where permitted.
Request cancellation promptly, preferably within 30 minutes. We cannot guarantee a stop once processing begins. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

8. Promotions
Quantity-based promotions apply as stated in the offer and at checkout. Unless an offer states otherwise, only the best eligible automatic tier applies and discounts cannot be combined.
For partial returns, discounts may be recalculated using the items retained, as explained in the Return & Refund Policy. Updates to promotions apply to future purchases.

9. Intellectual property
Our branding, original text and other protected content belong to Outerwearly or the relevant rights holders. Purchasing an item does not grant a right to reproduce our protected content commercially. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

10. Third-party services
Shopify hosts our store. Payment, delivery and tracking services may be provided by third parties. Relevant third-party terms may apply to their services, without reducing obligations we owe you as the retailer.

11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed. Contact support@outerwearly.com with privacy requests.

12. Liability and consumer rights
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable obligations for defective or misdescribed goods, fraud or other mandatory protections. Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

13. Applicable law and disputes
We Build Brands BV is established in Belgium. These terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to your purchase. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This clause does not require you to waive rights that cannot be waived.

14. Changes
The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase. Revised terms apply prospectively.
